Honey Sesame Chicken

Do you ever fall into the “dinner rut” at your house?  You make and eat the same 5 meals over and over and over again? Yeah…we fall into this rut quite often at our hose. {I bet my 5 meals are similar to your 5 meals.} Well, if you’re in your dinner rut again, try this Honey Sesame Chicken!  It will please the pickiest of your eaters. Believe me. And who knows…it might become one of your “5 meals”.

4 raw chicken breasts
1/2 onion chopped
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup liquid aminos
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp red pepper flake
Cut raw chicken into 1″ cubes. Mix all ingredients in crockpot and stir in chicken cubes. Cook on low for 4 hours. Serve over cooked rice and top with green onion and sesame seeds.
