Tis the season for peaches, and I have one of my favorite shake recipes to share with you! It is perfect for breakfast or works as a morning/afternoon snack. If you slice the peaches up and freeze them, the shake takes on a creamier texture. Refreshing, satisfying, and delicious!
1/2 – 1 peach (slice and freeze)
1/2 cup (or more) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup rolled oats (dry)
