Rachelle Rasband Chase: be.YOU.tiful

Rachelle Chase

Working as a health coach, I meet with a lot of women on a regular basis. Whether it is in one of my Healthy Living Classes, a nutrition or health consult, or in a training session at Lyceum, I rub shoulders with some of the sweetest and most inspiring women out there. I meet with women from all walks of life…stay-at-home moms, school teachers, corporate executives, single moms, and empty nesters, yet no matter their ethnicity, marriage status, or background, they all have something in common. They each want to find peace and joy in their own lives, but something is holding them back. Many are lead down a path of despair that is influencing their relationships, their ability to deal with life, and ultimately their happiness.

Rachelle Rasband Chase has been there, done that. In fact, for 23 years she was held back by a life-crippling eating disorder. This Friday, December 6th, Rachelle will share her story and the tools that have helped her overcome her disorder and can help you be free from addiction, self-sabatoge, and debilitating negative behavior. Rachelle Chase is an inspirational and motivational speaker, teacher, mentor, and writer.  Her passion and purpose is to share the truths she has learned and internalized that enabled her to overcome her eating disorder.  Her greatest desire is to help others create the same peace and joy in their lives that she has created in her own which is why she highly values her role as a Mind/Body/Spirit Wholeness Mentor. I don’t think I can explain how excited I am to have Rachelle Rasband Chase come speak to you — women who I admire and love. She has a message all of us need to hear.

Many of you have approached us with the desire to bring a daughter or friend to hear Rachelle’s message, and we think everyone should hear her message. With that in mind, we are offering a “Buy One, Get One” offer. Buy a ticket and bring someone special with you!
